Cancellation Policy
LATE POLICY: Grace period of 8 mins late. If you are more than 10 mins late, your appointment is automatically cancelled. Please be on time.
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for all cancellations or rescheduling.
If you missed your appointment, you'll be notified about our No Show Policy.
Our No Show Policy states that clients with 3 or more no-shows in a 3-month period may be restricted from booking appointments.
